The conclusion to the 2008 Formula 1 Grand prix season could not have been more exciting. It was decided on the last corner, of the final lap, in the season ending Brazilian Grand Prix. Congratulations must go to Lewis Hamilton, who put his name in the record books as the youngest driver to win the F1 championship in his McLaren.

The 2009 season is now fast approaching and the first Grand Prix of the year is in Australia in late March. The calendar is again full of the most historic circuits in the world including another amazing night race in Singapore after the huge success of 2008.

The newest edition to 2009 F1 season is the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This world class circuit is being built at Yas Island ready for the season ending final round on the 15th November.
